1. What JODOCUR is and what it is used for

JODOCUR is an antiseptic medicinal product based on iodine. It contains the active substance iodopovidone, which belongs to a group of medicines called antimicrobials and antiseptics, used to eliminate or inhibit the growth of microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses responsible for infections and inflammations.
JODOCUR can be used either undiluted or diluted.

Undiluted JODOCUR is used for:

3. How to use JODOCUR

you may use pure JODOCUR as a substitute for iodine tincture.
JODOCUR diluted:

  • for gargling, the recommended dose is: 40 drops (2 ml) in half a glass of water;
  • as a mouthwash and for oral hygiene, the recommended dose is: 20 drops (1 ml) diluted in half a glass of water;
  • for feminine intimate hygiene, the recommended dose is: 2 tablespoons in 1 litre of lukewarm water.

Do not exceed the recommended doses without medical advice. Use the medicine only for short-term treatment.
Instructions for opening and closing the bottle
The bottle is equipped with a child-resistant safety closure.
