DIP HOT ROZGRZEWAJĄCY
(128 mg + 59.1 mg + 19.7 mg + 14.7 mg)/g, cream
Methylis salicylas + Mentholum + Eucalypti aetheroleum + Terebinthini aetheroleum (stabilized
with BHT)

1. What DIP HOT ROZGRZEWAJĄCY is and what it is used for
DIP HOT ROZGRZEWAJĄCY is a medicine with a combined action of four active substances:
methyl salicylate, menthol, eucalyptus oil, and turpentine oil.
It is a topical cream with a locally warming effect. The methyl salicylate contained in the medicine
also has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. Rubbing the medicine into painful areas causes
dilation of blood vessels, improved circulation, and a warming sensation. This leads to relief or reduction
of muscular and joint pain.
Dip Hot Rozgrzewający is used symptomatically for:
- muscular pain
- joint pain
- rheumatic pain
- bruises and joint sprains
- sciatica
- post-exercise muscle soreness in athletes
- supportive treatment in colds (as a topical rub)
2. Important information before using DIP HOT ROZGRZEWAJĄCY
Before use, test the product on a small area of skin to minimize the risk of allergic reaction.
When not to use DIP HOT ROZGRZEWAJĄCY
Do not use the medicine:
- in individuals allergic to salicylates and menthol.
- on damaged skin.
- in children under 12 years of age.
Warnings and precautions:
- Discontinue use if persistent redness of the skin occurs at the site of application.
- Avoid contact with eyes and other sensitive areas of skin. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a physician. The product contains lanolin, cetostearyl alcohol, and may contain BHT (a stabilizer used in the production of turpentine oil). These ingredients may cause local skin reactions (e.g. contact dermatitis) or irritation of the eyes and mucous membranes. The product contains 1 g of propylene glycol in each 100 g of cream, equivalent to 10 mg/g. Propylene glycol may cause skin irritation. Due to the presence of propylene glycol, the product should not be applied to open wounds or large areas of injured or damaged skin (e.g. burned skin) without consulting a doctor or pharmacist. In patients suffering from bronchial asthma, a reflex bronchospasm may occur; therefore, such patients should ensure they are not allergic to the components of the product before use.
If pain symptoms do not subside, consult a doctor.
Do not use a dose greater than the recommended dose.
Exercise particular caution when using DIP HOT ROZGRZEWAJĄCY if:
- the patient suffers from bronchial asthma (due to the risk of reflex bronchospasm).
For external use only.
Children and adolescents:
The medicine may be used only in children above 12 years of age.
Pregnancy, breastfeeding and effects on fertility
If the patient is pregnant or breastfeeding, suspects she may be pregnant, or is planning to have a child, she should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medicine.
Driving and operating machinery
The medicine has no influence on the ability to drive or operate machinery.
Interaction of DIP HOT ROZGRZEWAJĄCY with other medicines
Inform your doctor about all medicines you have recently taken, including those available without a prescription.
When taking anticoagulant medicines orally, use of this product may enhance their effect; therefore, in such cases the patient should seek advice from their physician.
3. How to use DIP HOT ROZGRZEWAJĄCY
This medicine should always be used exactly as described in the patient leaflet, or as directed by a doctor, pharmacist, or nurse. If in doubt, consult a doctor, pharmacist, or nurse.
DIP HOT ROZGRZEWAJĄCY is intended for external use only, on the skin.
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age:
- Gently rub the medicine into the affected area until the cream is completely absorbed. Repeat 2–3 times daily.
- After use, close the cap tightly on the tube.
- Wash hands thoroughly, unless the hands are the area being treated.
If you feel that the effect of DIP HOT ROZGRZEWAJĄCY is too strong or too weak, consult your doctor.
4. Possible adverse reactions
Like all medicines, DIP HOT ROZGRZEWAJĄCY may cause adverse reactions. Rarely, persistent skin redness (erythema) or shortness of breath have been observed after use of the product in hypersensitive individuals. In some patients, other adverse reactions may occur during treatment with DIP HOT ROZGRZEWAJĄCY, including burns at the site of application.
If any adverse reactions occur that are not listed in this leaflet, they should be reported to a doctor.

5. How to store DIP HOT ROZGRZEWAJĄCY
- Keep the medicine out of the sight and reach of children.
- Store below 25°C.
- Shelf life after first opening of the tube: 18 months.
- Do not use this medicine after the expiry date stated on the cardboard box. The expiry date refers to the last day of the stated month. Medicines must not be disposed of via wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of medicines no longer required. This will help protect the environment.
6. Contents of the package and other information
What DIP HOT ROZGRZEWAJĄCY contains
The active substances are methyl salicylate 128 mg, menthol 59.1 mg, eucalyptus oil 9.7 mg,
turpentine oil (stabilized with BHT) 14.7 mg per 1 g of cream.
Other ingredients: propylene glycol, liquid paraffin, cetostearyl alcohol,
sodium cetostearyl sulfate, lanolin, water.
Packaging: 15 g, 35 g, 67 g, or 100 g of cream in an aluminum tube, in a cardboard box.
