The recommended dose is one drop in one eye or in both eyes, twice daily: in the morning and in the evening.

Instructions for the proper use of Olopatadina Abamed:

To facilitate the administration of the eye drops, it may be helpful the first few times to sit in front of a mirror so that you can see what you are doing.

  • Wash your hands.
  • Gently clean around your eyes to remove any moisture (Figure 1).
  • Unscrew the cap of the bottle and check that the dropper is clean.
  • Gently pull your lower eyelid down (Figure 2).
  • Carefully place one drop into the middle of the lower eyelid (Figure 3). Be careful not to let the dropper touch the eye, eyelid, surrounding areas, or any other surfaces, as the drops remaining in the bottle could become contaminated.
  • Release your lower eyelid and gently press the inner corner of your eye against the bridge of your nose (Figure 4). While keeping your finger pressed against your nose, blink slowly several times to spread the drop across the entire surface of the eye.
  • Wipe away any excess medication with a tissue.
  • If necessary, repeat this procedure in the other eye.
  • Screw the cap back tightly onto the bottle immediately after using the product.
