1. What NEOMERCUROCROMOBIANCO is and what it is used for

NEOMERCUROCROMOBIANCO is a product containing chlorhexidine gluconate, used for disinfecting
the skin in case of minor superficial wounds.
Consult a doctor if you do not feel better or if you feel worse after a few days.

2. What you need to know before using NEOMERCUROCROMOBIANCO

Do not use NEOMERCUROCROMOBIANCO

if you are allergic to chlorhexidine or to any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6).

Warnings and precautions

Do not use for prolonged treatments; if there is no noticeable improvement after a short period of treatment, consult your doctor. The use, especially if prolonged, of topical (local) products may lead to sensitization phenomena (excessive reaction of the body to foreign substances it has come into contact with). In such cases, discontinue treatment and consult your doctor to begin appropriate therapy.
This product is for external use only.
Accidental ingestion or inhalation of some disinfectants may lead to serious, sometimes fatal, consequences. In case of accidental ingestion, seek immediate medical advice.
Avoid contact with eyes.

Other medicines and NEOMERCUROCROMOBIANCO
Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken, or might take any other medicines.
Avoid concomitant use of other disinfectants and detergents.
NEOMERCUROCROMOBIANCO with food, beverages and alcohol
No interactions are known.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
If you are pregnant, suspect you may be pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or are breastfeeding, consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this medicine.
Driving and using machines
No interference expected.

3. How to use NEOMERCUROCROMOBIANCO

Use this medicine exactly as stated in this leaflet or as directed by your
doctor or pharmacist. If you have any doubts, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
The recommended dose is two to three applications per day.
After thoroughly cleaning the affected area, apply NEOMERCUROCROMOBIANCO and
then protect it with a dressing or plaster.
Do not exceed the recommended doses.

4. Possible side effects

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Burning or irritation (intolerance) may occur, which do not require treatment modification.
Following the instructions provided in this leaflet reduces the risk of side effects.

5. How to store NEOMERCUROCROMOBIANCO

Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children.
This medicine does not require any special storage conditions.
Do not use this medicine after the expiry date stated on the packaging after "Exp.". The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
Do not dispose of any medicine via wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of medicines you no longer use. This will help protect the environment.

What NEOMERCUROCROMOBIANCO contains

The active substance is chlorhexidine gluconate.
The other components are corn starch, chitosan.
